Contact us for shipments out of Europe, we’ll gladly help.

Shipping costs on bigger furniture items will vary, depending on the weight. Picking up the items at our shop, calle Canalejas 2 – local in Vejer de la Frontera, is free.


After receiving the payment, the order (if available) will be dispatched within 3 working-days by parcel post. This will be carried out by UPS. If there has been no payment received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. All products remain property of Zahirstore.com until the customer has fulfilled the agreement. The shipping is made from Spain to the countries belonging to the European Community.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the form, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

For security reasons, Zahirstore.com will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will orders be accepted when it is impossible to identify the order recipient or their address.Delivery costs: Delivery costs vary by destination. On the website will be indicated if there is additional charge for the shipping and will be clearly shown. These costs will be included in the summary at the end of the buying process.
Delivery problems: You must notify Zahir Store if you have not received your order after more than ten (10) working days.
If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the courier service will contact you again to arrange a new delivery date.

When you receive your order, you must verify that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, contact Zahirstore.com through the contact e-mail address and provide us with your personal details and the order number, indicating the discrepancy or problem. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the incident.

 

REFUND POLICY

We kindly request you to carefully inspect your products on arrival. In case you received the wrong item or the item is damaged, we are truly sorry. Please email us at zahirshopy@gmail.com and tell us your order number and what is wrong with it together with a picture of the item.  
We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP! In case the item is no longer in stock, we are happy to refund you.

7 DAYS RETURN POLICY

Zahirstore.com has made every effort to inform customers as accurately as possible about their products. If a product is nevertheless unsatisfactory, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

Reduced articles cannot be returned or exchanged.

The products of Zahirstore.com are sometimes unique pieces, mostly handicrafts and handmade. Therefore they can differ from each other. Small irregularities and shape unevenness are part of the product’s charm and a sign of traditional craftsmanship. They cannot be considered a product fault. (furniture or objects).

If you like to return or exchange an article, please inform us by email – zahirshopy@gmail.com – within 7 days of receiving the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. Don’t forget to state the reason for your return. The products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs; postage must have been paid. If not, we will not accept the return. In any case your request for returning the products must be pre-approved by Zahirstore.com. If returning a purchase, you must acquire a shipping receipt from the courier you are sending it from. This is proof for Zahirstore.com that you have actually sent the package. Zahirstore.com reserves the right to refuse to handle, or compensate lost returns without a receipt. Once we receive your package in the original state we will promptly process refund.

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
